The areas of law that are a focus to this firm are tax, corporate and estate planning. Tax related corporate reorganizations and estate planning with a view to minimizing income taxes and estate taxes (probate fees) are regularly dealt with, as are general corporate law, wills and estate administration.

Marion has also been Tax Counsel for many years to the Toronto law firm of McBride Wallace Laurent & Cord LLP.
